Alfred Henry Doubtfire

This remembrance is sponsored by his Great-Grandson who came along almost fifty years after he had gone. Unfortunately we do not have any pictures of him.
A word or two:
Not much is known about Alfred except that he met Elizabeth Sarah Kooymans, they got married on the 15th November 1900, and they immediately proceeded to have children.
William Henry was born in 1901. Alfred Jr. came along in 1902. And then, after a short lull, Winifred Lilian emerged in 1905 with Leonard Augustus arriving in 1907.
Unfortunately, Alfred died in September 1908 at a very young age, leaving the family by themself.

He was survived by his wife Elizabeth and their four children: William, Alfred, Winifred, and Leonard.
We don't know whether he had any brothers and sisters in life, or where he came from
